Dec. 2012- I've created this page to add odd fun things, such as the "Santa Snatch" game below.
A friend at work told me about this game, so I've adapted the Wikipedia "White Elephant" game, and I'm going to try it out with my family (It's a bit late to ask people to ring a gift for the game, so I'm supplying an assortment of odd $3-10 gifts that I've had in my 'gift box' or bought, making sure I've got at least one thing for each person plus a few spares...)
It's on a PDF that you can download if you like (click on the picture):
"Santa Snatch" was LOTS of fun- we had a ball. However if you have young children (or very reserved people) playing, you may want a less competitive version, so here's
New- December 2012 You can add these to an email or post them on Facebook (- just no commercial use or adding to collections etc.)
and one from last year...

You can find more information on these puzzles, and more to download (with different levels of difficulty from beginner to challenging) at www.ePuzzlEd.net
This was sent to me in an email, and I thought it was so good, I'm putting it here: (and yes, I got ALL the questions WRONG....)
There are 4 questions. Don’t miss one.
QUESTION 1. How do you put a giraffe into a refrigerator?
Think about it, and get your answer ready before you scroll down....
The correct answer is: Open the refrigerator, put in the giraffe, and close the door. This question tests whether you tend to do simple things in an overly complicated way.
QUESTION 2 How do you put an elephant into a refrigerator?
Think about it....
Did you say, Open the refrigerator, put in the elephant, and close the refrigerator?
Correct Answer: Open the refrigerator, take out the giraffe, put in the elephant and close the door. This tests your ability to think through the repercussions of your previous actions..
QUESTION 3. The Lion King is hosting an animal conference. All the animals attend .... Except one.
Which animal does not attend?
Correct Answer : The Elephant. The elephant is in the refrigerator. You just put him in there. This tests your memory.. Okay, even if you did not answer the first three questions correctly, you still have one more chance to show your true abilities.
QUESTION 4. There is a river you must cross but it is used by crocodiles, and You do not have a boat. How do you manage it?
Correct Answer:You jump into the river and swim across. Have you not been listening? All the crocodiles are attending the Animal Meeting. This tests whether you learn quickly from your mistakes.
According to Anderson Consulting Worldwide, around 90% of the
Professionals they tested got all questions wrong, but many preschoolers got several correct answers.
Anderson Consulting says this conclusively proves the theory that most professionals do not have the brains of a four-year-old.
